My son Tyson Zammit, was brought into this world on the 7th of July 2009. 7th of the 7th….I always thought there was something lucky and special about that date. I would always look at my little boy as any proud mother would with such awe knowing he was the most beautiful baby I had ever seen. He was such a smart boy so alert and intrigued in anything he would see his mumma doing. At 5 months he was crawling and walking at 9months. It was so weird to see such a little person walking around so small! I loved everything about him. His cheeky ways, his infectious laugh, and his glowing face when he smiled and waved at a stranger. My boyfriend Latrell and I were only together a couple months when we first found out we had gotten pregnant. We were very excited yet very nervous. So I started to get my insurance and everything situated then out of no where 3 weeks later we had a miscarriage. I was so devastated I was only 8 weeks along and it came out of nowhere. So I started looking up online about getting pregnant again and the one thing I kept coming across was most women get pregnant almost instantly after having 2 normal periods. Well I guess they were right almost exactly 2 months later we got pregnant again with our daughter Jayla. I found out I was pregnant with Ryleigh on Sunday 5th February 2006 in Mcdonalds toilets – I remember the time, it was 11:30am. Me and Stuart had been trying for a baby since August 2005, we were both sure that the test would come back negative and very shocked but happy when it came back positive. When I came out of the toilets Stuart could tell just by the big grin on my face and then i passed him the test and he had a big grin on his face. I was so shocked that I could not stop shaking and could not eat my Mcdonalds as I felt too sick with mixed emotions.
